The residual sovereignty is the 廬山住宿 basis of the Federal of the U.S. according to “The Federalist”. Japanese Emperor Horohito described it an s a “long term lease”. What astonished us 廬山飯店is a senior journalist of KMT Bu Shao-fu also mentioned the residual sovereignty in his article of 1961.
